Footnotes

Use of loyalty modifiers: DMG, 63 states ” Reaction is determined by rolling percentile dice, adjusting the score for charisma and applicable loyalty adjustment as if the creature were a henchman of the character speaking.” The loyalty adjustments appear on DMG, 36-37. But consulting these tables will delay gameplay with little value. Modest discretionary modifiers based on circumstances are preferable. ↩
